Penny Barker is my hero. I bought a house in less than month ago. The sale was very difficult because of the Corona Virus and funds was really challenging. Near the Closing date We faced financing problems Because for 3 months I was not working due to the Virus. So many time during the process I nearly gave up, but never give up.
