Penny was amazing! This didn’t feel like a lending experience at all rather it was a smooth transaction almost as if we were long time acquaintances. She makes you feel right at home and is clear and concise on instructions and has great communication. Also have to remember though in order to for her to do her job as a borrower I had to fulfill my part in every way that was asked which adds to the smoothness of obtaining a loan. Highly recommend and will be recommending to my family for future home purchases.
