Penny has performed probably 10 loans fior us. She is very efficient, prompt, thorough, detailed and always a pleasure to work with. She doesn’t stress out under pressure and her customer service is excellent. I have recommended her to all my friends and relatives and will continue to. She’s a lifetime friend!
