As expected. Penny did an amaizing job on our loan. We use Penny all the time for Our buyers but got to use her for Our refinance. She worked through way too many issues and we made it much harder than it should have been. Always a smile, a laught, and an "oh, we can fix that" made our loan stress free. I highly recommend Penny. She is one of the best mortgage professionals in Sacramento in my opinion. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor was refreshing while her knowledge and skills were top notch as she steered our loan through some rocky shoals to a highly successful conclusion. Penny was a wealth of information to my husband and I as we navigated the difficult decision of whether to sell or refinance our home. She was patient as we ran across difficulties that required setbacks to our refinancing the house with the V.A.; such as dry rot repairs, repainting, passing difficult inspections that really delayed getting our loan. Penny and her team were fantastic.
