I can't say enough about how Penny helped me through the arduous process of buying a house. I have disabling anxiety and a short term memory deficit. My realtor Jodi Ash and Penny worked together to help me when I lost information needed for the loan and encouraged me in my quest for a new home. Penny is so personable and such an expert at what she does. I was made to feel comfortable and capable. Together we got all the paperwork completed and I am happily nested in my new home.

On our first experience with her, we were in crisis. Our mortgage broker had refused to honor its commitment to finance at an agreed rate. Penny McClure arranged for our mortgage to be financed at the previous rate by another lender. Our experience was so good that we approached her recently for a refinance at a lower rate. This took place ahead of schedule and at a lower cost to us than first estimated. We shall use her services again, as needed.

I'm sorry to take so long to respond but, we have been busy working on and moving into our amazing new home that we wouldn't have if not for the diligence and hard work of Penny McClure. She made sure all our ducks were in a row and we closed in 24 days. From start to finish, she kept us informed, and was always pleasant to deal with.
