Penny is as competent and reliable as anyone I've worked with or otherwise known in my life. She knows her stuff, is not afraid to suggest you do something different if that is in your best interest, and isn't pushy or impatient. Penny has done a few loans for my clients now and every time she exceeds my expectations. The last deal we did ended up closing about 12 days early. Where do I start? Penny is easily the best Mortgage Consultant I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Refinancing a home is not known for being easy, but Penny made sure I had all the right forms and documents and got most of it done online!
