Penny McClure was absolutely great to work with. She immediately knew how to handle our loan and was very knowledgeable about the whole process with dealing with VA loans. A great thing about Penny is that she would respond promptly to any questions my wife or I had. Either her or one of her associates was always available for us to talk to whenever we came into the office and they were always cordial and very helpful. Great person to have help us and wouldn't hesitate to have her do our loan again if we ever needed to.

Simply put, Penny is awesome! Not only is she extremely knowledgable and competent in her job, she explains things in such a manner that make even the more complex concepts easy to understand.
