A few minor errors was made but got corrected in a timely manner. Also the closing documents was totally wrong, PennyMac contacted me and we had to do a 2nd signing for closing....But other than that it went well, and I would recommend PennyMac to anyone for Mortgage needs.....

Lag time between requests and answears
It was smooth from beginning to end for my first time going through this process . From the very first person I worked with Kelly myers who explained everything in detail and always remained available for any questions No matter how small they might have been to the final process.
