Everything was smooth. Took a little lmk get than anticipated but overall great experience
Communication the length of time from March to May. After talking with Steve Toth about the loan amount that I needed on more than one occasion the loan was not what I requested. The first loan amount was an insult. Correcting my address during the 1st month (March) was the beginning of my unpleasant experience. Steven Toth told me I would not have to worry about the creditors that are listed on the application, pennyMac would be responsible for their payment.
