This loan process was so drawn out. The fact that you use so may third party sources made the closing later than expected. Documents were requested multiple times after they were already filled out. I was given time frames of when things would be completed and they were consistently done at the far end of the estimate and twice after they were supposed to be done. I would not recommend or attempt to use PennyMac again

Michael Bojaj started the process and he was awesome. Tracy Webb took over and nothing moved for weeks, she was terrible. Then Troung (Paul) Le took over and did a great job expediting the loan to meet the closing date.

Paul Le had no idea what he was talking about 95% of the time. Loan closes late. Documents are still incorrect and we had to put down 32% of the cost of our home to finally close… an absolute joke of an experience! Still waiting to hear back because they did not use the correct appraisal! I can not recommend Pennymac as there was not 1 single evened that went smoothly!!!
