The disclosure documents were sent to me over 20 times being incorrect each time. I discussed this many times & they still sent incorrect disclosures. Later I signed the correct disclosures & after the loan closed I was still receiving incorrect disclosures. Unbelievable!!!
Lower payments, Closing fast, 2 months no payments, first payment 01 May 2022. This will help me pay other bills and to actually be able to do some real food shopping that i haven't been able to do since the increase of the original loan! Thank You, Semper Fi! Best Regards, Gary Biron
Timely communication
the agents kept changing the documents needed. It seemed as if they weren't communicating among themselves accurately. When Mario called me he usually couldn't accurately answer my questions and stated someone would get back with me. I would get emails about things that were already completed so it was very confusing to me and they would say I didn't need items and then later someone else would tell me I did. no true continuity of the process. everyone was pleasant and cordial however so that was good.

Faye was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything she needed clearly and made things go smoothly throughout the process.
I didn’t have a lot of trouble with the loan
The process was done much quicker than expected. Faye was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with her.
The refi loan process was made some with guidance from Bramdy. Her ease and, but informational and thorough manner provide clear amd.axxurate instructions. The signi g process was also exceptionally well managed by the rep that came to my home wih all the docs. This is my third loan with PennyMac and I will definitely do business with them. Their peoe is what makes the most difference.
