Timely communication
Very pleasant and easy to work with
the agents kept changing the documents needed. It seemed as if they weren't communicating among themselves accurately. When Mario called me he usually couldn't accurately answer my questions and stated someone would get back with me. I would get emails about things that were already completed so it was very confusing to me and they would say I didn't need items and then later someone else would tell me I did. no true continuity of the process. everyone was pleasant and cordial however so that was good.
Smooth transaction throughout the refinance application. Barbara was very helpful in guiding us with all the questions that needed to be answered,
Everything was explained before hand. Closing actually took place faster than they said it would.
The process was smooth and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did get documents more than once but when I asked about it, things were fixed and updated quickly.
