The whole refinance process was very smooth and quick.
Poor lack of communication between the people who work for penny mac.this loan took way way to long to process. If it wasn’t that I had a interest rate locked in I would have looked elsewhere.my wife and we so unhappy with everything that went on through the process of this loan from beginning to end. Penny mac really needs to get things together and get back to work in a single location than working from home.
