The process was smooth and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did get documents more than once but when I asked about it, things were fixed and updated quickly.
Fate was in top of things and orivided great service throughout loan process. It took much longer than expected but Faye was greatvto keep us i formed during the process. Very professional yet had great ability to listen to our concerns.
