Explanation of the final closing/signing meeting. Responding to emails with questions I had about the final closing meeting. Referring to emails where I said I couldn't answer phone calls during normal business hours, to email me instead of repeatedly calling when I said I would not be available.
Questions were answered promptly and calls were returned. Process was easy if cumbersome with document requests! Samijo communicated well…
