Poor lack of communication between the people who work for penny mac.this loan took way way to long to process. If it wasn’t that I had a interest rate locked in I would have looked elsewhere.my wife and we so unhappy with everything that went on through the process of this loan from beginning to end. Penny mac really needs to get things together and get back to work in a single location than working from home. Great experience!
My refinance with PennyMac was painless and easy. After speaking with them about what I wanted to accomplish, I uploaded the information they needed and the closing occurred a lot sooner than I anticipated.

Great experience
The whole refi process was not pleasant at all for me. Omar did a good job working with me to get the loan prepared and get credits issued where he could. There were so many added costs to this refi that at I stated I was not in agreement with - as other lenders were waiving these if we went with them. I opted to stay with Pennymac but feel that inhouse fees for existing customers are way to expensive.
