When I talked to Josh's he explained and answered all my questions and was very helpful.
Good service. The only issue I had was very small and that was in some follow up on items requested and in a case or two, we had to submit records a few times as a specific date might pass and then a new record was required. Not a big deal and Marcia took care of it right away and helped explain . I would go back to PennyMac for future mortgage loans.
