Great experience
Great patience on part of Pennymac agents during a stressful time for us, worrying about all of the pieces coming together, etc. The backend moved extremely quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Everything came together nicely so that we were able to accomplish our ends with time to spare. Thank you once again. We continue to enjoy service by PennyMacLoanServices.

The process took longer than we thought it should since it was a streamline.
It was more bureaucratic than I would prefer being I was an existing customer for the previous ten years but the overall process was fairly simple.
Everything discussed and promised by all PM employees were realized without incident. Very happy with our experience.
