Awesome service
Be upfront with the customer about the process, explain the process of closing. Be honest about the dates for closing. If there is a delay tell the customer and explain why this happened!
Everything thing was done very professionally.
Samijo was great, it is just the refinance process is stressful and we had miscommunications about some forms needed. I thought I had sent everything, but kept being asked for the same document. I wish that the other department would have asked for a specific form number needed, because it was confusing for me.
