Great patience on part of Pennymac agents during a stressful time for us, worrying about all of the pieces coming together, etc. The backend moved extremely quickly, which was greatly appreciated. It was more bureaucratic than I would prefer being I was an existing customer for the previous ten years but the overall process was fairly simple.
