Great patience on part of Pennymac agents during a stressful time for us, worrying about all of the pieces coming together, etc. The backend moved extremely quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Charles Wood was GREAT! However when other got involved in the calls it became mor confusing and more stressful because it felt like communication break down on PennyMacs end. Finally closed thank you. I hope no one else has to go though what what we did. The decision to do this is already hard enough and should be more smooth with professionals handling the documents. 😏
