I didn't understand why I was asked for statements of service when I had provided ample information showing that I am active duty and this document was clearly for veterans that had retiree or got out.

Great service from first inquire to signing all the people involved were helpful and knew what they were doing!
I received notification about the closing, the time, the person, his car type, and even a picture of him. When it came time to close the person never showed up. So when I called him he said he was taken off the closing. I was never notified of this or any changes. 50 minutes later a lady pulls up wanting to do the closing. My wife and I had almost left our house and wondering what the heck was going on. We did not receive a phone call. I was not going to close and look for another company.
