The process was simple, fast and smooth!
Cannot get in touch with loan officers by phone or email directly. Loan officer returns call based on when she gets my message and therefore the calls are random and disruptive to my schedule (ie when I am in meetings etc). Loan documents requested have no explanation or weird titles and I cannot call anyone to verify or ask a question
The loan was done in a timely manner.
It is a process with all the signing but the paperwork was thorough and there was no needing to backtrack to get any information. Having everything on a disc is nice.
The process was very easy and convenient given the current pandemic situation.
