Started my initial loan with PennyMac and did a refinance with them. Had a few concerns in the beginning, but the PennyMac team worked diligently to correct any discrepancies and push through the closing. I'm satisfied with their work.

Just how quick the process was
We are very pleased with the whole process and especially since we can stay with PennyMac. We have already told our friends about this but we are not sure at their mindset at these trying times.
