The process was smooth. The website told me what documentation that I needed and when. Everything happen how it was explained.

Mario was great! He followed up weekly, provided me with updates, answered all my questions and made my loan process so easy!
Return calls are after a few days. There lacks immediate responses to things. Can’t get through to loan officer directly is a problem!!!!!
