Why are you sending this survey so long after we closed on our refi? All we have are vague memories of it being just OK... some documents were asked for twice. I don't think we should have had to go through the whole closing process all over again just for a small rate change when we closed on the house in March 27, 2020 (a year and a half before the rate change request.)
