There are delays when other people in the Mac chain of approvals had to do things, so this is not a comment for the first origination team taht helped me put in the load applciation, not it is a comment about Amanda, It took 2 weeks or more
Return calls are after a few days. There lacks immediate responses to things. Can’t get through to loan officer directly is a problem!!!!!

Very easy process - well explained - not nearly as daunting as I expected
I did not close the loan with darcel because he was pushie and got mad when I was insure about somthing. He also sent 35 copys of the closing docs to my house after we cancelled the mod. We have sinve worked with somone else who was wonderful. But darcel is terable
