During my hospital stay, my parents sent me the most beautiful flower arrangement. The delivery person brought them straight to my room and was so kind. She genuinely wished me well in my recovery and since I couldn't put water in the vase myself, she made sure they had fresh water to stay beautiful. The flowers themselves are stunning and smell incredible. just lost my mother, under the Jewish traditions we had to to the burial as soon as possible. We had less than 16 hours to get ready. We stoped by Peoples Flowers on San Mateo and Candelaria and meet with Jordan. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we get our flowers ready by noon next day. Ordered flowers for my Grandfathers funeral....ordered from out of town & over the phone. The staff was very helpful over the phone. The flowers were even more beautiful in person than on the website! Thank you Peoples Flowers!

I was beyond disappointed with the products and service I received. The flowers I ordered were for my wedding day, including a "long and low" 4 bouquets including a bridal bouquet and 3 boutonnieres . I met with Melissa 3 times months in advance to go over the flowers and arrangements I requested and to make changes to my order as the day got near. I am absolutely disappointed with the DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL arrangement sent!!!! I had a family member look for the arrangement at the service. They took a pic and sent it to me. This "arrangement" was no more than a " Grocerv" arrangement for $10 stuck in a VERY small glass vase. You might have less than $15.00 of flowers and materials in this arrangement. I was so disappointed. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day about a week before. I kept checking, and my order was not delivered. I got one message that delivery was attempted. I contacted the person I ordered the flowers for, and they said they were home all weekend. I called in to find out why, and there was no reasonable explanation for "why" the flowers were not delivered. This is the second bouquet I've received that arrived with brown, dying flowers. At this price point, there is absolutely no excuse for delivering arrangements that look old and poorly cared for. I expected fresh, high-quality flowers, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of quality and consistency.

HORRIBLE!!! Incompetent Jerks!!! Order # 04261111 For a Dozen Tickled Pink Roses DELUXE Bundle!!!, and a LARGE Box of Candy. I also paid $20 Extra for Early delivery before 10:am. Well, the Flowers came, but No $35 Box of Candy. After 4 Phone Calls they STILL have not fulfilled my Order!!! LOSERS!!! THIEVES!!!
