I had balloons delivered to my son's work for his birthday. They were delivered at 3:30pm and he got home with them at 5:30pm. They were in a plastic bag, NOT tethered to a weight, as the weight was handed to him separately, and when he opened the bag, only the foil balloons rose. The other balloons sank to the floor. When I called the main store, the manager said she would give me a full refund since that's not how they normally operate. One month later, no refund. HORRIBLE product and even WORSE customer service.

We ordered 8 corsages and a bridal bouquet for a small wedding. Thank goodness we didn't order more. I called a month before to add a corsage (we originally had 7) and they couldn't find my order after giving them my name, my soon to be husbands name, and both phone numbers. Finally after several minutes, I mentioned it was a wedding coming soon and they said "oh! it's for a wedding? you should've said so that's different". Umm ok. So I was able to add to the order. I ordered flowers on 4/1924 to be delivered before noon on 5/4/24. The flowers were delivered late with 1/4 of the vase filled with water. In addition the orchids were withered and dry along with the greenery. I'm very disappointed in the service and product that was delivered. I will not be ordering flowers again from people's flowers.

I collected money within my office to purchase flowers for my supervisor's father's passing. I went on the People's website and even spoke to an employee who said they would be delivered the next day to the church before 10am. I received an email that morning saying the flowers were delivered and signed for by the receptionist that morning at 7:47am. My friend ordered flowers for my birthday and was told they would arrive by 2pm. 5pm rolls around and they have not been delivered. The woman on the phone told me they couldn't take them to a different address and would just cancel my order. Zero apology or customer service skills. Immediately got a called after saying no we're going to take them to your house, perfect! We live out of state and were sending flowers to a relative's funeral service. Bouquet of gladiolus looks great on the website, but upon arrival there was no color showing. Having owned a retail flower shop for several years, I know it can be challenging to match exactly what is in the pictures, but an effort to provide some color would've been appreciated. Also, sending to a funeral, the florist should know the information about the arrangement will get back to the sender. Disappointing.

I went into this location to get balloons filled for my daughter's birthday party and I, in my typical fashion, was running late! I had previously called around for pricing, and admittedly, I called the Nob Hill People's where I spoke to an assistant manager and was quoted the best prices of anywhere in Albuquerque! I live out of state and I order a lot of flowers to send to friends and relatives. Recently I ordered a Bouquet of lilies and lemons, my friend received them and it looked like a bouquet of dandelions. I called to let them know and the lady on the phone was not very helpful or friendly she told me "that's how they come and what do you want me to do about it..." Needless to say I will no longer order flowers with you guys. Thanks for the $60 dandelions.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered a funeral standing type arrangement. My brother in law and sister in law ordered my self flowers and my mother flowers and flowers for The funeral so when a few days later his mother passed I wanted to give them a huge arrangement because of their kindness to us.
