Customer Service Fail 101: I went to Peoples Flowers today to purchase flowers for a friend that had just been admitted to hospice. I asked the young lady behind the register for help, and explained the situation. Her response: "Oh, you just need some get well flowers. You can look in there" (directing me to the refrigerated flowers). I told her my friend was NOT getting well, that she is dying. After ordering flowers for my niece in the hospital based on the description and picture, I was very disappointed in what actually was delivered! Nothing what is advertised!
Stopped in at our regular store on 7/29/18 to buy flowers. Was greeted by a very rude girl wearing a red beanie.As soon as we walked in she yelled. I close in 5 minutes and won't take cash. We said okay and hurried took our flowers up front where we were told. Oh and I don't have any greenery to add to them it's all been put away. We were rushed out of the store without even a thank you. We will not stop at that store again
Beautiful store, smells like roses and there are plenty of gourmet chocolates and stuffed monkeys. We had a special request to make and were directed towards the manager upstairs. A tall, arrogant man appeared and acted like he had more important things to do than speak with us (no eye contact, looking off in different directions). My Wedding Day: Peoples flowers did not make two corsages and my flower crown which I ordered with the rest of the flowers. The day of the wedding I noticed right away that those items were missing. The cashier stated that they had never been ordered and that it wasn't there problem. My wedding was very small and I did not order too many flowers, so I know exactly what I ordered. My boyfriend ordered my Valentine's Day gift from here. He requested an early delivery since I'm home in the mornings. The window was from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It arrived at 4:00 PM when I was not home so he had to sign for it. Pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering something for me. I understand it's Valentine's Day but this is the field you're in so conduct your business accordingly.
