As I said in an "unanswered" email to the GM I thought it was VERY inappropriate after paying $90 for a $45 oil change to add $2.70 to my bill for using my Visa card to pay for your service on top of a $7 or $8.00 add on for fictitious "shop supplies" !!!

I looked the idea of the mobile service. However, they didn't explain that they can't "fix things". The tech said all he could do was software updates. I had intended to ask about a simple adjustment to the passenger rear window so it would close all the way. The mobile tech said all he could do was software.
