Overall the service was great. I did not like the fact that my truck smelled of cigarette smoke when I got in it though.

I definitely love Peoria's Ford service and my go to service guy is Logan the best service guy there always takes care of me definitely would recommend if you need to get your car serviced go to Peoria Ford and make sure you ask for Logan he'll definitely take care of you and all your needs

Very good service getting my oil and filter changed. Im very happy with the service and very pleased with my service manager who orchestrated the work. My complaint is the COST. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. This is why people refer to these places as the STEELERSHIP. Ive been here in the past. I know my service manager does not set the rates, not his fault. Just wish corporate would be a little more realistic. It would create more business

Dropped my car off or a 35,000 service.Also, an issue with a temperature actuator not changing the temperature to hot, only blowing cold. Did a walk around with the service advisor, Michael Quinton, noted a couple of paint chips on my right front passenger door which I initialed on his sheet. Car was there for a couple of days. My insurance milewise tracker alerted me to a hard stop during an almost 2 mile drive near the dealership, less than 1 1/2 hour after dropping it off.
