Actual service was fine. Problem is I made an appointment for Monday. Car wasnt diagnosed until Thursday and parts ordered. To their credit I was able to pickup Friday. A confirmed appointment should be the diagnostic day!

My salesman and staff were great. Every single person made the process easy. One complaint. And it is a big one: I was forced to list about ten names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. before I could take the car. It was obvious that this was something mandated from upper management and not the sales agent's idea. It was insulting and I nearly walked out.
