It took them a long time to figure out the cause of the problem with my vehicle. Then I was without a car for 10 days until a rental was provided. The communication was not good in the beginning with updates on the repair of my car. And eventhough I had premium extended coverage I had to come out of pocket for the rental car. There is no rental car place that will rent a car for $35 a day seems like a gimmick to have the customer still paying.

When I scheduled the appointment I was told that they would have my car all day, I dropped the vehicle off at 7:45 and was told they would call when the problem was fixed ( I was there for a recall ). I was surprised that it didn't take as long as I was told it would. The gentlemen that assisted me was very professional and friendly. Very satisfied with the service.
