I had a very good experience with Robert Pezek. He was very courteous. He remained in contact with me informing me of what was being performed on my car at the intervals in between. My car was serviced and is working fine.

Didn't know battery was serviced until receiving CARFAX email? (Otherwise) very happy with service experience. Robert was cordial and easy to work with, car was taken into service on time and returned within promised window. Am happy with the process.
