I was expected and met in the long line of cars waiting for service (they were very busy that day) and was called when it was ready.

Very good customer service. I couldnt be happier. Got me in and out quickly and gave me a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle when it was done.

Appointment was made online - quick, easy and convenient. Afterwards received several automated messages/reminders - comforting to know it was confirmed. Upon arrival at the appointment was greeted by Service Advisor Joseph Starks. He quickly checked me in and the work was started immediately. Joseph later informed me of some additional recommended work. All work was completed and my car was ready in less time than originally told. Oil change, air filter and new battery took 4 hours, too long. Not to mention it cost $429.

Very slow to help me. Had to wait 30 minutes to get someone to wait on me. I had an appointment for a recall. NEVER got a call it was ready. When I called them three times it was FINALLY ready. Went to pick up my SUV and then had to wait while my advisor went to find it!
