I had a date scheduled to replace a tire. I was taken care of right away. Everyone that I encountered from star to finish when purchasing a new car " Made in the USA" were all fantastic. They let you pick what you are looking for and the follow up service was just as good and helpful as you could ask for. I'm very greatful I found Peoria Ford and the truly do treat you like family. Quinton the service advisor I dealt with was very professional. But the wait time was over two and a half hours just to have my battery checked. Was not aware that they had to do inspections of other parts. Wish I would have been advised of the wait time.
