I liked that fact that the mechanic was able to fix a faulty sensor. I didn't like it that my truck was in the shop for 10 days.

The Peoria Ford Service Team has been stellar - specifically the Service Advisor Dan McCloud who has assisted me the last couple visits! - Thumbs Up! Unlike other Dealerships, when you call with questions, or need to schedule an appointment; you are able to actually "speak" to someone, and aren't transferred multiple times and forwarded to voicemails!
