My overall experience was excellent. Justin Reed answered all my questions and concerns and I felt relieved that I was dealing with a service advisor who wanted me to know that I was being well taken care of.

This is my 3rd purchase from Peoria Ford. The things I love most are the people and the non-vulture approach they have. In my opinion getting swamped on in a dealership is one of my biggest irritations, and they don't do that here. They are ready to help as soon as you need it but they do a good job of respecting your space.

You asked "can you bring it in this morning". I did but you didn't have my car ready until FIVE DAYS LATER. I feel that is poor customer service to keep my car that long for a recall. Nice people, friendly. Appreciate the free oil change when I registered my complaint.
