Service guys were great, always tried to save me a buck where they could. Only thing is I did not like that they wanted payment, but I would have had to pay them 6% to pay the bill of $3K by credit card which I'm not going to do, they do not take checks, I would have had to wait and go get cash just to pay my bill. They were nice after I left about 1/2-way home, they called and said they would reverse the 6% fee. The work was done well except the ends of the battery cables are still only half there, I had to order from Ford ... read more

I had originally had my oil change done and they had not rotated tires. They offered to come out and rotate the next day. Very appreciative of the response and the service. ty
