Was excellent . I just showed up without an appointment and they were super busy but said no problem give us a couple hours and we will get you done . I think they had me in and out in 1.5 hours . Was great experience .

Made an appointment for 7:15am. Got checked in within 10 minutes. Was told at check-in the car would be ready in about 2 hours. At 9:15am I asked for the status - was told be done in about 30 minutes. At 9:45am the work still had not been started. The car was finally ready at about 10:30am. Why bother making an appointment if those cars with appointments do NOT get priority in getting the work done over any last-minute drive-ups?
