Johnathon was great at keeping me updated throughout the engine replacement process. I question why a car with barely 35K miles experienced a problem requiring a new engine, but that is the fault of the manufacturer, not the dealer.

My service advisor was great communicating. Although I specifically ask for a diag of the wheel bearing. I paid for a oil leak diag instead. But whatever. I was told it's not my wheel bearing, it's my brakes. Took it to brakes plus to get everything changed. And go figure ended up being a wheel bearing all along. Just wish they would of actually looked for what I paid for and listened.
