Very disappointing to hear the explorer was returned without washing. Unacceptable.

The service department was great on providing timely feed back! Was not happy with the Lyft service as the gps app they use did not bring them to my direct address on ride home I had to give them directions to my address. The pick up parked half a block from my address and I had to walk to them as they were not answering their phone! They need a better gps system!
