I had an oil change done, nothing complicated. I had just purchased tires from Big O tires, a alignment was done with the purchase of the tires. The alignment was verified by Ford and it checked out. So for now I will say they are trust worthy.

Peoria Ford service department is a rockstar department, and Jonathan who was my associate when I took my 2015 Ford escape in is the front man of this whole show. He went out of his way to see that I was well taken care of from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the time when he sent a ride for me to come pick up my vehicle.
