They give us a ride home when dropping off but have to find a wY there to pick it up. Plus try selling us a chang of fluid
Repairs were done, some covered by warranty. However, they are unable to give prompt service due to overloading their ability to handle volume. They had my car 9 days prior to actual service beginning. First I had to turn it in several days early so it would be in line for service later in the week and then they waited another 5-6 days for a part before they began any of the repairs. Cost me a week's car rental since I couldn't do without transportation.
Had recalls taken care of at Ford expenseboth recalls fixed in a timely manner at no charge

Do not like that even if we schedule service like an oil change we are still waiting in same line with people who just drove in. While we get a receipt showing work complete. We do not get an inspection report. Yes there is carfax info but it is not detailed.
