My visit was almost perfect. I am glad that they checked my battery, as it needed to be replaced. Being stranded sucks, and I appreciate the extra effort to give a thorough check-up. I would have liked to seen my car's evaluation from the multi-point inspection, which is the only negative I have to say. Perhaps I will follow up to get the technician's report.
