Service has been great since we moved to AZ in 2024. My 2016 Nissan Sentra had it's transmission go out for the 2nd time.. We had to buy a new car as we are a 1 car family. Everyone was so nice and great to us.
Experience always great. The car was clean when dropped off however the windows were a little dirty when I picked it up. Almost like they got sprayed off but forgot to wipe it off. No biggie. :) Other than that, everything was awesome. Robert Lucero (my certified tech) has always provided service for my Sentra and appreciate his time and attention. Thank you for the car care!
Always treat me right and reasonable prices
This was the second experience with the Nissan Peoria service center for me so far. I went for an oil change and was given great service. While there I mentioned I had a crack in my windshield and they referred me to place to get it repaired. The windshield replacement was all organized by the service center and the auto glass company. Very easy and helpful!
Just poor customer servicevisibly put out when I did not bite on upselling.
