They got the job done. However, the accuracy of the timeline threw us for a loop and left me sitting in the store for hours upon hours. We were told to come pick it up at around noon. I was dropped off and was waiting till well after 5PM before they actually finished it. Now that's a large discrepancy in timing that affected our timeline significantly and affected the people who were waiting on me.

My representative very knowledgeable and very friendly
All the servicestaff, each time had our car serviced, they have been prompt to acknowledge our arrival, the car is serviced in a reasonable amount of time. We have been a Nissan owner since 1980 in Cincinnati and have owned most models and never had any issue requiring mechanical service, have only been in for regular service per Maintenance Agreement and been fully satisfied.
Good service job, found what was wrong with check engine light coming on and provided detailed information for priority maintenance next servicing.
Quick service while i waited.
My appt. Wasn't until the 2nd but was still able to get me in. They gave me a car wash after oil change. Service manager spoke with me and told me I needed to get oil change every 6 months.
