Ryne was extremely helpful! When I stopped by to make an appointment to get an oil change, I asked if he would take a look at something hanging down from my bumper so it could be fixed when I got my oil changed. He looked at it and then got down on the pavement and fixed it right there. He really went out of the way to help me. And when I was checking out, he was on the phone with a customer. Rather than making me wait for his call to end, he asked the person next to him to check me out... very!

The receipt of my Rouge on time, constant updates on servicing progress, permission sought first before any recommended additional services commenced, and ease of paying my bill.

As always, check in was quick and easy. Kyle confirmed my service request and it was just a few hours later (I went home while the truck was serviced), I received a text with some additional recommendations for service (which were timely) and the price for each service. Once I approved, the work was done in about an hour. I've been using this shop for all my Titan needs and I've never been disappointed.

I had some repairs needed for my Titan and Kyle my service rep listened and had ea item taken care of. Great communication. I am still awaiting a part to complete the job but really pleased with the work so far.

I liked that they were honest, serviced the car quickly, and were very polite and helpful. I didn't like that I was there very early in the morning and there was no coffee or donuts. This is usually pretty standard at most dealerships, and had been in the past at this dealership.
