Prompt service, honesty and transparency. The service was a good communicator and kept me on the loop during inspection in case my car needed extra work/parts. He was good on explaining the findings and suggesting what I may need to do during my next visit.

Peoria Nissan Service Department has fast service, respectful employees and a nice amenity area to wait for your car including TV, refreshments and sitting area. My only complaint is too many frequent sales calls to try & acquire my vehicle. I have purchased 5 Murano's from Peoria over the last 21 years. I always service my cars at Peoria. I do not drive much lately due to age & health so current Murano has very low mileage which incurs the calls. Robert, my service person, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with a problem that was missed after my car was involved in a collision. Robert spoke to the body shop, on my behalf, to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He got them to approve the repair at Peoria Nissan. Robert also got them to pay for the repair and rental car which was huge because it involved the transmission. That was definitely a repair that I was not prepared for at this time. I Like how well they take care of my care. But it takes a long time because they have to go over everything.When I come in for an oil change it can take 3 hours.
