Once again Service Advisor Robert Lucero did an outstanding job with setting my appointment, explaining the needed service & ensuring my understanding of the process. The attention to my needs were met in both a personal and professional manner.
Add an appointment arrived on time advisor took the time to go over what work was to be performed on this visit. Gave me a time approximately when car would be finished which it was finished on time and I was out of there under two hours.
As always great service from a great dealership. I will use them again.

Service has been great since we moved to AZ in 2024. My 2016 Nissan Sentra had it's transmission go out for the 2nd time.. We had to buy a new car as we are a 1 car family. Everyone was so nice and great to us.
Experience always great. The car was clean when dropped off however the windows were a little dirty when I picked it up. Almost like they got sprayed off but forgot to wipe it off. No biggie. :) Other than that, everything was awesome. Robert Lucero (my certified tech) has always provided service for my Sentra and appreciate his time and attention. Thank you for the car care!
