Except for the car wash being out of order, the oil change and tire rotation were completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The service manager was attentive and professional, and offered to complete the touch up wash. Overall, I was quite pleased.

There is a disconnect between customer service that books service appointments and the customer service rep that checks you in for service. When you book at 8 am service and are told you can wait for your vehicle. If it's a busy day, customer service should tell you that they need vehicle for the day.
