I was kept informed as to the progress. Done in a reasonable amount of time. Was bought a snack for the long waited time.

Went into the dealership to get a simple oil change. Ended up needing to get some full-on service. You know had some a motor mount control arms. It was slew of problems that were going on that I had to get out of town for the holidays. Luckily they had everything in the shop ready to go. Took the car in overnight. Had had it done by the next morning. I'd probably say what between 10:00 and 11:00. It was phenomenal. They did a fantastic job. The service was great. They kept me in the loop all the time.
