I have had numerous office visits so this was my first telehealth appointment. I found the appointment detailed and he took the time to review my history and concerns. I had a nerve conduction test and was virtually painless and the test results were easy to understand.
My first visit with Dr. Arcedo was for Epidural Injections. I was a bit uneasy about it but he quickly calmed any reservations I had with his warm personality, professionalism and genuine care for the best outcome. He was careful to talk with me throughout the procedure and we got to know a little about one another. His skill was evident and I was able to get much needed pain relief. I am looking forward to being his permanent patient, with all confidence.
