Awesome … visits; from check in to Dr. to check out, the staff along with Dr. Arcedo are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They also get you in then out without the sitting around waiting in a cold exam room once you are called into the the back. You’re informed with test, information is gathered so the appropriate choice can be made from the options for treatment. Pure AWESOMENESS, I’d recommend to others, family and friends

Very concerned about well being and makes patient feel comfortable with his presentation and he keeps you calm. Will try different options and explain in detail what to expect and possible outcome. Never in a hurry so you do not feel like a number. I have been with him for many years based of 2 knee replacements, rotator cuff, and now 2 total reverse shoulder replacements plus back problems due to wreck. Without doubt he has helped make my life easier to navigate.
I have been receiving care from Dr Arcedo for almost 10 years. He is an amazing doctor and has helped me continue to work with this life long disease. He has many tools at his disposal with EmergeOrtho. PT/OT blocks, infusions and medications. I have been involved in EMS my whole life and trust me when I say he cares for his patients and those patients that are truly in pain. Yes. He very attentive and understanding to your health issues. I feel like he really wants to make sure his patients have a complete road to recovery and life long health.
He is a great doctor. I have seen different doctors in the past before moving to N.C and he is the first to be able to help me explain things so I understand and care about what I say and feel. He doesn’t brush you off he cares for his patients and gives you the treatments you need to get better. If you have a problem when you go to him but turns out not to be what he does he doesn’t just ignores you,he tells you or referrer’s you to where you have to go. I strongly recommend him.
