Staff was amazing prices are reasonable. As a new pet owner I was very thankful for the cameras to check in on my cat whenever I got worried. They give the cats time to walk around so that they're not stuck in a cage all day which I liked. They were very understanding when it came to giving meds to my cat. Caspian had a great time boarding and I will be bringing him back next time I need to board him!

The vet at Pet Paradise is the sweetest, most caring vet I have ever met in my life. You can actually see the love she has for animals through her work, how she treats them and how thoroughly she checks them. My fiance and I live an hour away, but this vet is totally worth the drive to actually know our pets are getting good care by someone who cares about their well-being. From the moment I called to book my appointment I felt welcomed!!! Upon arriving we were greeted by so many smiling faces and the atmosphere is very clean. I took Kilo for his first wellness appointment and shots he was in the best care. The ladies took the time to answer all my questions in addition to showing Kilo loads of love. I am so glad I chose this location for all my puppy needs. Excellent customer service, awesome pricing and lots of options for everyone. I recommend

We took Milo for his free day at Pet Paradise, to check it out before we leave him there for overnight boarding in a few weeks. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the dogs appeared to be happy and well cared for. The overnight accommodations were very good, and there were many options. We're looking forward to leaving Milo there, now that he's enjoyed his free day. We know that it will be a good experience for him..

No doubt the people are good and service is also good for grooming, but i feel when we do a half or full day day care for our dog.. we hardly see them in pool for an hr max i feel this place should show us the cameras for what they do with our pets and where do they keep them, i have noticed few times my dog comes home a bit scared.. not sure why, but when see him on webcam playing hes happy so i do sometimes hesitate keeping my pet there, bt we have no choice since this is the only place which is clean and tidy for pets...p... read more

I have not tried the boarding facilities here but chose to try their vet practice because of such good customer service for boarding and all prior experiences at the Charolette location... Once we arrived to our appointment at the Cary location the vet techs were a little less than helpful and compassionate a bit closed minded about the information I was giving them. I love this place! I have a very nervous dog and was unsure how he would do. His first time in the pool area lasted only 15 minutes because he was nervous. The staff recognized that he needed a break and tried again later. He did great. I was able to see him on camera several times. He prefers the company of the staff but was fine with the dogs all around him. The staff were always kissing him and petting him to reassure him. I've brought him twice and am very happy with the kindness and care shown my dog.

I've read previous reviews and was a bit hesitant when dropping my dogs off. I'm not sure how long they were out playing, how long they are kept in kennels, etc. They came home absolutely exhausted so I'm content! I'm happy they got the chance to play in the pool since they came home with wet fur. When they were picked up and back in the car, one of my pups tried to run out to go back inside! We were kind of worried at first being we moved from Texas to this area and we tried PetSmart Pet Hotel and they were so horrible to our little Outlaw. So my husband booked with Pet Paradise and OMG when I tell you that Outlaw had the time of his life I mean it. He loved playing with the other dogs in Tiny Town and getting all the loving he can get from the staff.
